HYPNOSIS
Hypnosis
is a naturally occurring state of consciousness similar to that
state just before falling asleep or waking from sleep. We go through
our days spending much of our time in hypnotic trance: while watching
TV, shopping, driving, listening to the radio and participating
in other routine tasks. All hypnosis is self-hyponsis. It occurs
everyday, everywhere and to everyone.
